The EventStorming training had the greatest impact on me. Since then, I have been using it occasionally on new projects. I invite developers and clients, and together we map out the processes that will be digitised on the wall. The developers appreciate the improved understanding of the overall scope.

In the short term, it helped me understand why a ubiquitous language is so important and why, even as a developer, deeply understanding the business really matters.
